Wilberlee Junior and Infant School

Pupils from classes 2 and 3 were fantastic role models representing school in the federation badminton tournament. The tournament follows a block of learning the sport in class based PE sessions. It gave children a great opportunity to practice their skills on a real court, playing several mini matches against mixed pairs of children from across the federation.

The children enjoyed the opportunity to work with sports coaches from Vive Sports and Colne Valley Leisure Centre was the perfect venue for our afternoon of badminton.
